Cannot start app 'Controller'" when trying to launch Controller on Cloud, when using multiple monitors

Troubleshooting


Problem

User authenticates to the Citrix Storefront website. User clicks on the 'Controller' icon. It seems that the Citrix published application is starting to launch. However, nothing appears on the screen. - If the user opens 'Citrix Connection Center' then there is an entry in there ("Windows sign-in - \\Remote"). - However, the Controller application does not appear to start. Intermittently, the user may see an error.
