Cannot Map Drives To NetServer As Guest Using SMB2

Troubleshooting

Problem

Windows 10 users cannot map drives to IBM i NetServer shares by using guest access when the NetServer is using SMB2.

Cause

The likely cause of this is that the version of Windows being used removed guest support with SMB2.  Microsoft documented this change in their document, "Guest access in SMB2 disabled by default in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and Windows Server 2016 version 1709" (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4046019/guest-access-smb2-disabled-by-default-in-windows-10-server-2016).  They document that this problem affects SMB2 only, not SMB1. But in the same document they state that the same windows version does not install SMB1 support by default (so the Windows client might not be able to fall back to SMB1).
