Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to launch the Console from the Control Center launch page result in an error, The requested service is no longer available.
Symptom
ERROR SCCWebClientServiceImpl - The requested service is no longer available. 'System:Name=EventProcessorService,Type=EventProcessor'
Stack Trace:
com.sterlingcommerce.scc.client.proxy.CCException: The requested service is no longer available. 'System:Name=EventProcessorService,Type=EventProcessor'
Cause
Found that the EventProcessorService was not in the existing
./conf/services/servicesList.txt file.
Diagnosing The Problem
Check the Engine.log file for the following error message:
The requested service is no longer available.
'System:Name=EventProcessorService, Type=EventProcessor'" error.
Resolving The Problem
1. Shutdown Control Center
2. Add the EventProcessorService.xml service to the servicesList.txt file that lists the services which start when the IBM Control Center starts.
./conf/services/servicesList.txt.
The components in the servicesList.txt file must be kept in this order because some components depend upon other components being ready and available before they start.
The order in the file has to be exact, it needs to be in this order.

3. Restart Control Center.
Wait 10 - 15 minutes for everything to start and try again.
