What are the IP addresses of the IBM call home servers used for automated Service and Support requests from the IBM Security Network Protection appliance?

Answer

The following table includes IP addresses and ports for the IBM Security call home servers. Configure your data center's firewall rules or proxy access control list (ACL) to allow the automated Service and Support request feature to communicate with these servers.
