Troubleshooting
Problem
When Manage's server bundle pods are starting up, database errors may appear in the Manage logs on duplicate keys when inserting a MAXLICPRODAPPS record.
Symptom

Cause
The current design is to update the MAXLICPRODAPPS table with the list of apps based on installed products. This is done at server startup, and when there are multiple servers starting at the same time and every server is trying to insert the same data this duplicate index problem can easily occur.
Resolving The Problem
This error can be ignored if the server bundle pods are started successfully.
