BMXAA4024E error occurs after login

Troubleshooting


Problem

In IBM® Maximo® Health and IBM Maximo® Predict, the BMXAA4024E error occurs after a user logs in to the application, and some product features are not usable.

Resolving The Problem

This error occurs if the base language is not English. To resolve the problem, run the following command for the database. Replace the schema_name variables with the schema name for your database. 

update <schema_name>.ahfactorlib set factortype = (select value from <schema_name>.synonymdomain where domainid = ‘AHFACTORTYPE’ and maxvalue = ‘FORMULA’);

You do not need to restart the database.
