Authentication is required when you download a document in the Search feature of the mobile app

Troubleshooting


Problem

The first time that you download a document in the Search feature of IBM Maximo Assist in the Maximo Mobile app, you must authenticate in the web browser.

Resolving The Problem

Enter the user credentials to authenticate when you attempt to download a document for the first time. You don’t need to authenticate again.
