Problem
Any attempt to run an existing report or create a new report against the package fails with...
The latest package information could not be loaded. The package this report is referencing may no longer exist. Package metadata is required for proper operation of the user interface. Certain elements of the report definition may not be viewable or editable.
The package was upgraded from an earlier release of the product.
Resolving The Problem
Follow these steps...
1) navigate to the package that is having the issue
2) open Properties -> General -> Advanced -> Package configuration -> Edit
3) in the set properties tab, change the numbered values...
Default Member limit in a data tree level to 21
Maximum member limit in a data tree level to 51
and click OK
