To manage your PRO Numbers for a location follow thesesteps:

1. Click Edit Account > Step2: Locations. The Set Up Locations page opens.
2. Select a location and click PRO Numbers toopen the Location - PRO Numbers page.
3. Click Add to open the Add CarrierPRO Numbers page:
   • Select the Carrier Name and SCAC.
   • Enter the Low Count Threshold. You cansubscribe to receive an alert when the number of PRO numbers reachesthis threshold.
   • Click Save to save your PRO number profile.
4. After you import the PRO numbers into Sterling TMS you can viewthe list of numbers for each carrier at the location. Select the carrieron the Location - PRO Numbers page and click View Pro Numbers.The Available PRO Number Details page opens and shows the list ofnumbers.
5. You can add PRO numbers online in Sterling TMS:
   • Click Add on the Available PRO Number Detailspage to open the Mass Entry page.
   • Enter a PRO number and press the Tab key to add another row.
   • Click Save to save your new PRO numberentries.
6. Subscribe to the Low PRO Number alert. Sterling TMS sends thealert when the block of PRO numbers for this carrier reaches the LowCount Threshold you defined in Step 3.
