Is Application Performance Management 8.1.4 synthetic agent (SN) supporting Mozilla Firefox custom profile? This feature would be useful to support, for example, digital certificate that needs to be added to the browser profile. For instance, we are using a Selenium tests script to record one navigation step that is using a digital client certificate to log in to a web application.

Yes, the Synthetic agent does support custom Firefox profile since APM 8.1.4 synthetic agent 8.1.4.0-IBM-APM-SYNTHETIC-PLAYBACK-AGENT-IF0015 (SN agent version 01.00.05.15) was released.
