Problem

API Connect v10.0.5.1 removes support for TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 on the Management server. This change does not impact the Gateway server that is installed as part of an API Connect deployment.

Resolving The Problem

Before upgrading to v10.0.5.1, ensure that any system that communicates with the API Connect Management server over TLS (for example, an LDAP server) uses TLS v1.2 or later. After the upgrade, deployments that use TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 to communicate with the Management server will experience connection issues.
