  All Db2 V12 for z/OS users with in-memory index optimization
  function switched on can encounter a loop in the module
  dsnktrav: approximate offset +8D24.
  Also the following abend may occur during index traversal:
  ABEND0C4 RC00000038 LOC=DSNIDM .DSNKTRAV+1B81.
  These problems can be caused by an unfinished insert or delete
  operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code has been updated to avoid an infinite loop by limiting
  the number of re-traversals through FTB.
  Db2 might issue various abends, if the number of re-traversals
  reaches the limit:
  -DSNIISRT,M=DSNTFRCV,LOC=DSNIDM  .DSNKTRAV:5058
  -DSNIISRT,M=DSNTFRCV,LOC=DSNIDM  .DSNKTRAV:505A
  -DSNIISRT,M=DSNTFRCV,LOC=DSNIDM  .DSNKTRAV:505B
