    ****************************************************************
This APAR introduces a new keyword option, FORCE, to the LOAD
utility. IBM Knowledge Center is updated for these changes:
    V12: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEPEK_12.0.0/
         ugref/src/tpc/db2z_loadsyntax.html
    Syntax diagram:
    >--LOAD--...
       |-FORCE--NONE-----|
    >--|-----------------|-----|--into-table-spec--|--
       |-FORCE--READERS--|
       |-FORCE--ALL------|
    DESCRIPTION: FORCE
Specifies the action to be taken when the utility is draining
    the table space.
When LOAD FORCE is canceling the threads, it performs an
internal cancel similar to the cancel that the CANCEL THREAD
    command does.
    NONE
Specifies that no action is taken when LOAD performs drain.
The LOAD utility waits for the claimers to commit in its drain
processing. The utility will timeout or retry when the drain
fails, as determined by existing conditions. This is the
    default behavior.
    READERS
Specifies that read claimers are cancelled when LOAD is
requesting a drain all on the last RETRY processing.
    ALL
Specifies that both read and write claimers are cancelled when
LOAD is requesting a drain all or drain writers on the last
    drain retry.
    Usage notes:
    - The FORCE option is not applicable for LOAD SHRLEVEL CHANGE
execution and would be ignored when specified.
    - For LOAD SHRLEVEL NONE, there is no drain retry processing.
If FORCE READERS or ALL is specified for LOAD SHRLEVEL NONE,
the target blocking claimers will be cancelled during the
one and only drain all performed at the start of the utility.
