Error description
It seems that we can logon and use a couple of the offerings (without submitting) and then we hit the problems. When checking the logs even though the errors are different in the ICO UI we see the same messages, a HTTP 401 unauthorized message. We get this even if we have only been logged on for 2 or 3 minutes.
Local fix
We have removed a project mapping check, which is used to map the project selected in the UI with the project details sent from the request through BPM. Incase of Chrome/FireFox, the project details with BPM are refreshed on project switch in the UI and the offerings can be invoked immediately without any errors. Incase of IE, these details are refreshed with new project after a certain period of time and post that the user is allowed to invoke offerings under that project. So, to bypass the wait time for the token to get refreshed, we removed the project mapping check. The user validation checks are intact, it is only the project mapping check that we have bypassed.
