  Support has been added to implement the SET SCPID command to
  notify the z/VM hypervisor that CMS is deployed in a guest
  and report its system name, type (CMS or z/CMS), release level
  number, and service level. The SET SCPID command is issued
  automatically during CMS IPL and provides the user identifier
  as the system name. A system name can be specified explicitly
  on the SET SCPID command to further characterize the guest.
  This support works in concert with the Control Program QUERY
  SCPID command that is delivered via APAR VM66758.
