VM66368: ABENDFRE016 WHEN RELEASING A IORBK

Error description

• Customer received a ABENDFRE016 FRE016 when the system attempted
  to release a IORBK twice.

  ABENDFRE016 occurs after a device encounters a reset CRW.
  While a guest IORBK was still queued for execution on the
  RDEV its storage was released by the virtual interrupt
  handler while it was purging the VDEVPIOR (pending interrupt)
  queue as part of the reset CRW occurrence.
  The purge of the VDEVPIOR queue was in error in that IORBKs
  on that queue were being located via the IORFPNT pointer
  when they should have been located using the IORPIOR pointer.
  After the guest IORBK gets executed and processed through
  the virtual interrupt handler its storage is released again
  resulting in an ABENDFRE016.
  

Problem conclusion

• ABENDFRE016 - Processing of the VDEVPIOR queue for reset CRW
  processing was modified to correctly use the IORPIOR pointer
  when locating IORBKs on the queue instead of the IORFPNT.
