• HTT001 ABEND when attempting to use a locally-attached 3270-type
  display for an Operators console.

  When using a locally-attached 3270 display terminal as the
  system operator console, it is possible that interrupt
  processing may result in a storage overlay of the address
  of the control block used to display output or perform
  other I/O operations. This error results in system abend
  HTT001 when an attempt is made to use the bad address.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code is changed in module HCPIFI to ensure that the storage
  overlay no longer occurs.
