VM66300: ABENDHTT001 HARD ABEND SETTING ISOLATION OFF FOR VSWITCH

Error description

• When a SET VSWITCH xxxx ISOLATION OFF command is entered for a
  VSwitch with an UPLINK NIC, an HTT001 abend occurs.

  An HTT001 abend will occur when using a VSwitch configured with
  an UPLINK NIC port.  The abend will occur on z/VM 6.4 and z/VM
  V7.1 when turning ISOLATION ON or OFF via the SET VSWITCH
  command.
  The abend may also occur on z/VM V7.1 when sending data out the
  UPLINK NIC port.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code to process the ISOLATION operand (HCPSWS) on the SET
  VSWITCH command has been changed to verify that LANRRDEV is
  non-zero before using that value. For a VSWitch with an UPLINK
  NIC, LANRDDEV will always be zero.
  For z/VM V7.1, HCPVNS has also been changed to properly handle
  datagrams sent out an UPLINK NIC port.
