Comments

• This APAR provides updates for two Performance Toolkit
  for z/VM reports. The updated reports provide a means
  to monitor dynamic system memory changes.
  
  The following reports are modified:
    - FCX103 STORAGE
        - A new section, "Dynamic memory management", is added.
          This section includes:
           + Permanent available (New field)
           + Reconfigurable available (New field)
           + Standby real stor. size (Previously existing field)
           + Reservd real stor. size (Previously existing field)
           + Increment size (New field)
        - The "Paging / spooling settings" section is updated:
           + PAGING warning threshold is added.
        - The "Main storage utilization" section is updated:
           +  Total DPA size is removed.
    - FCX180 SYSCONF
        - Dynamic memory change notifications are added to the
          "Changed System Status" section of the report.
  
  The "z/VM: Performance Toolkit Reference" (SC24-6303-05) and
  the HELP files for the reports listed above are updated.
