    ****************************************************************
The current implementation of the OFFSEC operand simply marks
the specified devices offline in the RDEV. This leaves the
paths grouped for the device which in turn can cause problems
in re-establishing PPRC mirroring in multi-target PPRC
environments. In those cases, the devices would have to be
manually varied offline to allow the mirroring to be started
    again.
