Error description

• The command "INSTUPGR STAGE2 (PRIME" can complete successfully
  but can produce Pipelines error message FPLRVR238E.
  The INSTS2FC EXEC, which is run during INSTUPGR STAGE2
  processing, can produce the following messages:

  upgrade from z/VM 6.4.0 to z/VM 7.1.0, the command
  INSTUPGR STAGE2 (PRIME)
  completes successfully but produces Pipeline messages:

       The problem is in INSTS2FC EXEC.  In the Write_Warning
  routine after the data in the wng_cmnt. stem is written to the
  log files, the stem is re-initialized incorrectly.
  

Problem conclusion

• INSTS2FC $EXEC has been updated.  In the Write_Warning
  routine, the initialization of the wng_cmnt. stem has been
  corrected.
