SE74094: RDI 9.6.0.8 EXTRACT CONSTANT FAILS WHEN EDITING **FREE ILE RPG IN A FILE ON THE IFS

Error description

• Using the Remote Systems LPEX Editor in Rational Developer for i
  (RDI) 9.6.0.8 to edit fully free (**FREE) ILE RPG source in an
  IFS file, the Extract Constant action appears to operate, but
  fails to change the editor source content when it finishes. This
  only fails when editing **FREE ILE RPG source from an IFS file.
  No error is reported to indicate the failure.
