Error description

• When editing ILE RPG source using the Remote Systems LPEX Editor
  in Rational Developer for i (RDI) 9.6.0.1 the content assist
  does not present constants as candidates for the first argument
  of %SCANRPL
  

Local fix

• Enter the constant name manually

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed in the RDi 9.6.0.9 update.
