Error description
In RD AIX and Linux 9.0, the Performance Advisor cheat sheet, "Performance Tune a C/C++ Application" includes a step "Create a Local/Remote C/C++ Project". If the user clicks the "Click to perform" action in this step, an error dialog appears that says, "Problem Occurred: The command did not complete successfully" with the Details "unknown wizard: com.ibm.etools.aix.ui.newRemoteCCppProjectWizard". No project will be created. Instead, the user should manually perform the actions described in the step: select File > New > Local/Remote C/C++ Project
