Sometimes as a result of the build of a decision operation the ruleflow included in the ruleset is declared main when it should not or is not main when it should This may happens when ruleapp are generated in parallel in Decision Center
Local fix
define the property "teamserver.enableRuleflowIRLCaching" in the Business Console Administration tab and set to false. ruleset are not cached and therefore no conflict will happen if 2 builds are run in parallel.
