  After step 18 and before step 19 we should explain how to update
  the class loader for the module Decision Runner.
  When the missing steps are not applied testing and simulation do
  not work resulting in an exception in Decision Center that the
  job cannot be started.
  In the decision runner log we find this exception
  
  Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException:
  com.ibm.jbatch.jsl.model.Step incompatible with
  com.ibm.jbatch.container.jsl.ExecutionElement
  at com.ibm.jbatch.container.modelresolver.impl.JobPropertyResol
  verImpl.substituteProperties(JobPropertyResolverImpl.java:73)
  at com.ibm.jbatch.container.modelresolver.impl.JobPropertyResol
  verImpl.substituteProperties(JobPropertyResolverImpl.java:32)
  

Local fix

• Edit the Testing and Simulation deployment in the adminstration
  console perform the following additional  steps
  18. Click Testing & Simulation, and then click Manage Modules.
  a) Click Decision Runner,
  b) select Classes loaded with local class loader first (parent
  last), and click OK.
  19. Click OK again, and then Save to save to the master
  configuration.
