Error description

• When launching a merge in Decision Center, you may get an error
  message "The specified action rule was not found" while the
  differences between the branches are computed.
  
  
  This situation may occur when
  
  1) the database schema was created with the archive tool (to
  generate a new, smaller schema)
  2) the merge is run using one of ODM versions below:
  - 8.11
  - 8.10.3 or higher
  - 8.9.2.3
  - or any iFix including the fix for the APAR RS03407: see
  https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/RS03407
