• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When opening a decision table, after closing the dialog to
  choose the edition mode automatic or manual the spinning wheel
  is displayed and a blank page remains.
  

Local fix

• The problem is related to the touch screen being enabled.
  If you cannot disable the touch screen, have someone edit the
  decision table and save the edition mode so that this popup does
  not open
