APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The RES console does not start and the error message in the log
  is:
  
  Caused by: java.io.IOException: Error while binding on
  0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:1882
  original message : Address already in use
  
  The log shows also that the connection was previously opened but
  that a database error lead to an unsuccessful initialization.
  
  If using tcpip connection and the database is not ready the
  console initialization fails when the application starts but
  keeps the tcpip connection opened.
  
  When a request is sent to the RES Console the initialization is
  tried again and this time it fails because the TCPIP connection
  is already opened.
  

Local fix

• Create the tables for the RES before starting the pod.
