• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Some ruleflow organization combining branch fork and join nodes
  and a loop over nodes may result in task never being executed.
  

Local fix

• remove the fork/join  node replace with all task listed in
  series.  In effect it will produce exactly the same execution
  and it does resolve the issue.
