RS03833: USING DECISION ENGINE CONCAT DOES NOT WORK BETWEEN A STRING AND A BIGDECIMAL OR BIGINTEGER

Error description

• Using decision engine concat does not work between a String and
  a BigDecimal or BigInteger and throws exception like:
  Cannot find member "add" of type "java.math.BigInteger"
  
  It is working fine using Classic Rule Engine.
  

Local fix

• Create a toString bom method and call it in your rule
