RS03810: UNABLE TO DEPLOY A DECISION SERVICE FROM RULE DESIGNER IF ANY ERROR IS PRESENT

Operational Decision Manager V8.9.2.1: Interim Fix 43 for Decision Server Rules

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When deploying from Rule Designer a project containing  a
  message about the project in error state is printed and the
  decision service cannot be deployed.
  It is however possible to export the ruleset corresponding but
  we don't have the opportunity with the Deployment configuration.
  
  
  Sometimes the error is not relevant for the problem at end, BOM
  to XOM checks for example do not need to be all successful,
  those particular errors can be disabled in Rule Designer however
  others cannot.
  

Local fix

• export the ruleset from the operation instead of the deployment
  configuration and build a ruleapp afterward
