Error description

• In the Business Console the ?Apply Actions? functionality is
  missing in Query Results for Admin users. This issue occurs
  when the project security is enabled and the admin user doesn't
  belong to the group authorized to access the project.

• Add the admin user to the group authorized to acess the
  project.
