Error description

• This problem happens on rule packages containing more than one
  artifact whenever the user configures the display as follows:
  -
  sort rule artifacts on a date based column that is not
  displayed by default (either "Created On", "Expiration Date" or
  "Effective Date")
  - display the rule artifacts of type
  "Technical Rules" and/or "Functions"
  

Local fix

• If you encounter this situation, you can solve it by removing
  the types "Technical Rules" and "Functions" from the list of
  rules artifacts to be displayed.
