Error description

• Let's imagine that you want to enforce the permissions as
  described below:
  
   DS1-permission-test group1
   |-
  permission-test-rules1 group1
   |- permission-test-BOM group1,
  group2
  
   DS2-permission-test group2
   |- permission-test-rules2
  group2
   |- permission-test-BOM group1, group2
  
  this is not
  possible because:
  - if you edit the permission of the shared
  project/branch 'permission-test-BOM' under DS1-permission-test,
  you can only pick group1 (see screenshot Edit Branch Security
  under DS1.png)
  - if you edit the permission of the shared
  project/branch 'permission-test-BOM' under DS2-permission-test,
  you can only pick group2 (see screenshot Edit Branch Security
  under DS2.png)
  
  => it is not possible to enforce that both
  group1 AND group2 have access to the shared project/branch
  

Local fix
