APAR status

Error description

• In a Spanish rule project, when editing an action asignar a
  <variable> <valor de variable> in a decision table the list of
  domain values is not displayed in a drop down menu.
  It is only
  possible to edit the value manually.
  

Local fix

• For Rule Designer update plugin
  ilog.rules.brl.l10n.es_V.R.M.F.jar
  Restart eclipse with the
  option -clean the reset the plugin cache.
  
  For decision center
  changes to the same files must be made in
  jrules-language-8.8.1.4.jar in decisioncenter.war/WEB-INF/lib
  and teamserver.war/WEB-INF/lib.
  Repackage and redeploy
  decisioncenter.
  
  1) In file
  ilog\rules\brl\bal60\i18n\bal_es.properties
  
  replace
  asignar
  a {0} {1};
  with
  asignar a {0} el valor {1};
  
  2) In file
  ilog\rules\brl\i18n\actions_es.properties
  
  replace
  asignar a
  <variable> <value>
  with
  asignar a <variable> el valor <value>
