APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a decision service contains several deployment
  configuration with the same ruleapp name. During the build,
  buildcommand overwrites all the previous ruleapp with the last
  deployment ruleapp. Then, the same ruleapp is deployed with
  different classifiers in the maven repository.
