APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The decision table editor has buttons to "Export as Excel", and
  "Import Excel file". Simply opening the exported file in Excel
  and saving increases the size of the file (Excel must be
  changing the formatting), and this has negative repercussions
  for the re-import back into the decision center. Some values
  shift columns.
  

Local fix

• Use a different Spreadsheet editor ex. Libre Office
