APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using ant to create a project from Decision Center the
  project is created with a folder .validation that triggers
  errors when using the project in Rule Designer.
  This is not
  consistent with the behavior seen when using the
  synchronization with rule designer Rule Designer
  

Local fix

• delete the .validation folder
