APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In a customer database a decision service could not be deployed
  from the Business Console.
  
  When looking at the deployment report, only warnings were
  reported and the project was configured so that only errors
  would make a deployment fail.
  
  It turned out that one of the warning was actually an error and
  is reported with a different icon (error) when opening the rule
