APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When user's project contains decision operation, deployment
  configuration, variable and variable set with the same name,  a
  DB constraint violation might error when  synchronize from Rule
  designer to DC, the same error also occurs when import project
  from EC.

Problem conclusion

• This occurs during proxy resolution because the variable set
  name is the same as the BOM name. The code is fixed.
