Error description

• Need to document the fact that when using Decision Center API
  (decisioncenter-api.war) you may need to increase the value of
  ilog.rules.teamserver.transaction.timeout to avoid some timeout
  issues working on large decision services.
  
  This property has to be added in decisioncenter-api.war \
  WEB-INF \ web.xml as the following section:
  
  <context-param>
  <description>Modify the timeout value that is associated with
  transactions (in seconds)</description>
  <param-name>ilog.rules.teamserver.transaction.timeout</param-nam
  e>
  <param-value>2000</param-value>
  </context-param>
  

Local fix

• This property has to be added in decisioncenter-api.war \
  WEB-INF \ web.xml as the following section:
