Error description

• When trying to establish a  server connection from Decision
  Center Business Console to RES or DecisionRunner,
  authentication failure will occur when the password contains
  certain special characters, such as @ or !.
  This can occur when either creating a new connection and
  entering the paramaters and test
  or testing existing server connections. This prevents users
  from performing test suites.
  Note: using the same password with @ or ! when connecting to
  the same RES or Decision RUnner servers from the Enterprise
  Console works.

• when possible, change password to not include @ or !
