Error description

• In Rule Designer, it is possible to add resources with forbidden
  characters (such as dot ".") in their names. This can cause
  unintended errors when synced with Decision Center.
  
  For example, when using dynamic domains, it is possible in Rule
  Designer to sync a dynamic domain excel file that has a dot in
  its name, which will not be interpreted correctly in decision
  center. " Resource file 'Domains.Test.xlsx' could not be found."
