APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If we have a user who is a member of a group that has only
  "View access rights" for Deployment, and W
  "View/delete/edit/create" for Decision Tables, in the Business
  Console he can see that there is Deployment Configuration, but
  when he tries to click on it it fails with "Unexpected Error,
  please contact your administrator"
  

Local fix

• No valid workaround as you need to provide more access rights
  to the user to avoid this error, which is not acceptable on a
  security point of view
