Error description

• In Business Console, "Unable to load
  /decisioncenter/s/getSimulationMetrics" error
  dialog is shown when clicked on 'Simulations' tab.
  
  If the operation associated to a simulation configuration
  cannot be found (deleted or whatsoever), the page that lists
  the simulation configurations cannot get displayed. The
  following stack trace is seen -

  * branch might be updated to use a different operation         *
  * available in the release branch, and then this update should *
  * get merged to the release branch).                           *
  * However since there is already an operation with the same    *
  * name in the release (same name but different operation       *
  * element), then the naming has to be adjusted before merging  *
  * the element.                                                 *
