APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• With ODM 8.9.2.1 when displaying the Business Console without
  using the "Edge" Document Mode, the behavior is incorrect.
  Some icons are missing, and the display of some tabs can hang.
  

Local fix

• Workaround 1:
  Open the F12 developer tools, and in the Emulation Tab, select
  "Edge" for the "Document Mode"
  Workaround 2:
  Remove the line
  <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=9"/>
  in the decision center war file
  \WEB-INF\views\includes\header.jsp
  For instance, with WAS 8.5, the file to edit is
  <jrules-teamserver-WAS85.ear>\decisioncenter.war\WEB-INF\views\i
  ncludes\header.jsp
  Then repackage the ear file and redeploy it
