RS03101: UNABLE TO CREATE A NEW RELEASE WHEN LOCALE IS SET TO PORTUGUESE(BRAZIL)

APAR status

Error description

  • To reproduce
    - login into Business Console
    - In your Profile change Language from English to Portuguese
    (Brazil)
    -  try to create a release
    

Local fix

  • As a workaround for those operation the customer can change the
    language of his profile to English and then switch back to
    Portuguese when done.
    

Problem summary

  • In the Business Console a new release cannot be created when
    the locale is set to Portuguese (Brazil). This  was caused by
    an issue in the date pattern of a release.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code is fixed.
    

Temporary fix

  • As a workaround for those operation the customer can change the
    language of his profile to English and then switch back to
    Portuguese when done.
