RS02999: CAN'T LOG IN TO DECISION CENTER BECAUSE OF THE HELPBEAN EXCEPTION

Error description

  • When customer login Teamserver by different userIDs and
    password on one browser for some times, the following exception
    shows randomly(Can only reproduce in cusotmer's enviornment):

Problem summary

  • when logging in teamserver Enterprise console  for sometimes
    the following exception occurs: ServletWrappe E
    com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.servlet.ServletWrapper service
    SRVE0068E: An exception was thrown by one of the service
    methods of the servlet [/layouts/error.jsp] in application [ODM
    Decision Center]. Exception created :
    [javax.faces.el.EvaluationException: Cannot get value for
    expression '#{HelpBean.knowledgeCenterAccessible}'
    . This happens when the URL is not accessible and the service
    have already terminated. In that case an IllegalStateException
    is thrown, and it can prevent the user from logging in.
    

Problem conclusion
