APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SOAP fault does not pass validation:
  Expected element 'exception' instead of 'exception@<URI>' here
  in element Exception@<URI>
  
  In the WSDL generated by ODM, both Request and Response
  elements are explicitly qualified with form="qualified".
  This attribute is missing for element Exception, and there is
  no elementFormDefault attribute of the schema element - which
  defaults to "unqualified"
  

Local fix

• Add form="qualified"  to the exception element in the WSDL that
  is generated for the HTDS
  

Problem summary

• In the WSDL generated by ODM, both Request and Response

• The code is fixed.
